When the body surrenders and allows space for bodywork with intentional breathing techniques, that is where the growth blossoms. Anastasia integrates her knowledge of sports medicine with a deep-rooted passion for holistic healing, offering bodywork that supports both the physical body and the nervous system. Her education is rooted in Kinesiology and physical therapy courses, yoga teacher training, a stretch practitioner certificate, and continuing education in Thai-bodywork. She is completing her massage license. She has thousands of hours of experience with hands-on care. This depth of training shapes a grounded, intuitive touch… one that helps clients unwind tension and reconnect with ease.
